Audited Supplier Mud pump ceramic liners for oil wells, whose main function is to force and move mud into the well. These pads are efficient with a strength of 300-400 kg and elasticities of 12500 and 60000 kpsi. Using ZTA's cylinder liners compared to liners made of ferrochrome, ceramic mud pump liners result in higher cost savings, better performance and safer operation. Compared with the rubber piston moving at high speed and high pressure inside the mud pump bushing, the special wire harness and excellent wear resistance of ceramics reduce the wear resistance by more than 75%. In addition, ceramic mud pump bushings can withstand the harsh operating conditions of the drilling process. They circulate up to 200gpm of water and slurry at pressures up to 7500psi.
1.How can I get samples?
